Megan is the daughter of a husband/wife team of cabinet makers, Hollis Cabinets, LLC. She was essentially raised in a wood shop and has become our specialist in wood-finish and design critique. After 12 years as a dental assistant, Megan now works much harder as a stay-at-home mom. She home schools our children, makes our house a home, designs our furniture, and hand-finishes many of our pieces. On top of that, she is our daily accountant.

Craig is the tip of the spear for all of the endeavors found at Rock Island Trades. He invites you to keep a close eye on Rock Island Trades Depot as all of Craig's experience is consolidated into a single effort to improve commerce and employment all along the Rock Island Corridor.

Craig's experience includes:

1980-1983:
Whitewater rafting guide - six day trips - in the most primitive area in the contiguous 48 states - Sawtooth Mountain Range, Idaho - accessible only by foot, horses, river, or small planes.

1983-1990:
Studied horseshoeing and blacksmithing as a trained, certified farrier & member/secretary of the Gateway Farriers Association and Blacksmiths Association of Missouri.

1988-89:
Instruments and stage technician for St. Louis-based acoustic rock band, Acousticity. Maintained readiness of 19 stringed instruments including 6-, 9-, and 12-string guitars, violin, pedal steel guitar, during any given performance.

1989-2010:
Solo acoustic guitarist (w harmonica), performed all over Montana from Yellowstone to Glacier, from Billings to Missoula - and in Missouri from St. Louis to Kansas City, Rolla, and Springfield. Performed for countless wineries throughout Mid-Mo including Wenwood Farms Winery, Bland, Peaceful Bend Vineyards in Steeleville, St. Francois Vineyards in Park Hills, and many, many more.

Property Manager/Caretaker/Guest Services for two upscale properties totaling over 500 acres, for two St. Louis based companies: National Real Estate Management Inc.; Land Organization LLC.

Owner/Operator, Rock Island Trades, LLC & The WarmWood Company, Belle, MO.
